The current situation poses new challenges for all of us, both in private and in business environment. Manufacturing capacities are currently significantly reduced in our production facilities, leading to higher costs, and transportation charges have increased massively since the beginning of the year, too. In addition, in order to remain reliable for you and significantly reduce delivery times, we have already shifted large parts of the goods previously transported by sea to air freight.
For these reasons we have to charge additional freight costs of 0,25 € per item for all braun teleCom antenna wall outlets. With this measure, we bear a large part of the increased transport costs and only pass on a small proportion to you. Until further notice, these additional costs apply to all deliveries from June 2, 2020.
We are very sorry to have to take this step and hope to get through the corona crisis together with you as soon as possible.
